Doon asleep in the baby bath towel that the staff over at Greenpeace gave us as a shower gift. Doon loves being swaddled in it. Lisa, Brian's assistant, made this excellent choice of gifts. Thanks, all! Doon says "Do your jobs good! That's my future you're defending!"
Jenny gave us this soft adorable outfit and many others. She somehow managed to find suits with pictures of cats (Marth's preference) in a kiddy clothes landscape dominated by bunnies and dogs.
Becky wins the bestest present award for this sling, which Doon and Dad both love. Doon curls up to sleep and Dad has both hands free to check e-mail, fix snacks for mom, do the laundry, tidy up, edit web pages...
Bath time is really special, and Grandma Muldoon told us the trick of giving him a bath to regulate his sleep patterns.
"Regulate smegulate, I'm programming you guys, not the other way around. Don't forget behind the ears, Dad."

Layla and Sam Sawyer-Rigg visiting Doon. Layla is slated to be number one baby sitter. Layla and Sam are the kind of kids that make having kids look like fun.

The traditional Dutch treat served in the home of a new arrival are the biscuits pictured at left, spread with butter and sprinkled with "muisjes" (pronounced Mauwwsschyuhs), little blue or pink licorice candies. (A bit like tiny Good 'n' Plenty crumbs, you American viewers) Budweiser is not part of the Dutch tradition. However, Bud pix are a mandatory inclusion in any set of Muldoon pictures (part of the family business) and we're honoring that tradition. Auntie Molly warns it'll make Doon gassy. (Martha's only had toasting sips, Auntie M, quit worrying!)
Sam LIKES Beschuitjes met Muisjes. (Pronounced... Oh, never mind...)

"The Yawn"
