Jim and Sal...

...came to visit Amsterdam on the occassion
of their 45th Wedding Anniversary. Back in 1957,
when they were talking about wedding dates,
they settled on one that would ensure
they could celebrate Queen's Day in Amsterdam
at the same time.

Outside the Hard Rock Cafe,
one of those Amsterdam
institutions we had to steer Jim clear of
to keep him out of trouble.
Yes, those are YANKEE HATS on those boys,
Kellerman. Jim helped out with Doony's
Spring Training program.
Kevin, Kyle -- better warm up for summer. He's sluggin!
After Brunch at the American Hotel.
One of the great things about Amsterdam:
you can always find a beer.
And when it's hard to find a Busch, or a Budweiser, you just have to learn to appreciating local culture..
And a part of any civilized local culture is an Irish Pub.
A trip to the pancake house, where Doony got his week's worth of sugar.

Now the Gin games were never this
friendly..

A trip to see the tulips at Keukenhof
What trip to Holland is complete without
a windmill?
Warning: these stunts were performed by a trained professional.
Never, never, try to catch a bubble with a beer at home.
